OUR STORY
B.E.I. is part of the cold rolling sector, presenting a series of manual and motorized machines. The experience gained over the years, in the mechanical processing and construction sector, has allowed us to design and create a product with high technological content, favoring an attractive and innovative design.
The materials used, new to the sector but widely used in the aeronautics and motoring fields, have allowed us to perfectly combine resistance and durability with lightness and shape.

Rolling cylinders
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Particular attention was given to the choice of materials for the production of the rolling cylinders, certified quality alloy steels were used on which heat treatments were performed according to cutting-edge technologies, this allowed us to obtain an excellent result.
Certain of the work carried out we can afford to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY against breakages on our cylinders.
STABILITY AND ESSENTIALITY
As for the structures of the motorized rolling mills, we have favored stability and essentiality by minimizing the fairings, which can be a source of noise and lead to unnecessary additional costs.
Our simple, yet advanced structure allows you to work in complete safety and comfort. The rolling mills with a load-bearing structure have a closed-circuit cylinder lubrication system, thus preventing the final product or any processing residues from becoming contaminated, making recovery operations more difficult and expensive.
We have also tried to minimize background noise, to allow greater comfort in prolonged use; furthermore, the variation in the rotation speed of the cylinders allows you to choose the optimal advancement in each phase of the rolling, adapting it to each type of alloy and requirement.

We employ a technical staff capable of designing and building custom-made machines and systems, suitable for any of your needs in the field of rolling.
The components of our machines, therefore, are entirely designed and manufactured by us or by our group's partners.
